Jill Banks is an impactful and passionate consultant and coach, helping people discover and claim their unique gifts. In her role as career counselor and executive coach, she supports individuals effectively and powerfully taking action, directing their future in their personal and professional lives, and making changes they never believed possible. She is passionate about supporting individuals in bringing their gifts to the table and moving forward with confidence. Jill brings experience from the corporate world to facilitate individuals, teams and organizations getting exceptional results while leading in new and interpersonally inspiring ways.
Certified by the American Council on Exercise as a fitness instructor for 20 years, Jill committed to supporting people in bringing the whole of themselves to their success – intellectual, physical, psychological and spiritual. She has taught a wide range of people how to claim the benefits of fitness and health and regularly continues her education in this field.
Her undergraduate and graduate studies in English reinforce her deep commitment to finding ways to connect and engage people in the continual learning process. She has presented at national and international conferences in Chicago, Las Vegas and Miami on the subjects of creating effective systems and developing people for organizational communications and shared services and billing for corporate internal services.
Jill’s years in management can be defined by her dedication to helping individuals and organizations become more effective, exceed personal and business goals, and reach uniquely high levels of success. She brings these skills to her clients in career counseling, executive coaching and leadership development.
Jill is active in organizations both at work and in the community, serving on a local transportation board, as a member of American Counseling Association, participating in a organization supporting scholarships for students, and serving as a member of the American Council on Exercise. Jill’s approach to the world is reflected in her philosophy, “Life is a learning lab giving each of us an opportunity to exercise and grow our minds, bodies and spirits.”
