Last week, we encouraged you to do some Resume Spring Cleaning, so that it’s updated with your most recent accomplishments and experiences.
Today, we’re suggesting some spring cleaning with your top priorities.
What we’ve come to know is that when you identify your life priorities AND take the time to reflect on them regularly, you’ll increase your chances of creating the success that truly matters to you.If you haven’t reflected on your top priorities recently, let this serve as your encouragement to do so this week!
For each of your priorities, ask yourself these questions and make some notes (or create a word cloud, write yourself a letter, draw, paint, etc.):
- What’s been going well?
- What’s been challenging or feels out of balance?
- What would I like to do differently moving forward?
We’ve created a PDF document to support you in reflecting on your priorities and you can download it below.
The document includes two assessment graphic options and space to answer the above questions for each of your top priorities.
Reflecting regularly on the things that matter most to you can help you to focus your time and effort. In turn, you’ll likely feel more satisfied and fulfilled with your days.
Consider taking a few moments this week to do some spring cleaning with your priorities and let us know what comes up for you.
