Good Morning.  It is time to wake up, not just to your day, but also to your passion, your power, and your life.

Many of us walk around tired, stressed-out, and numbed to our moments.  We are running as fast as we can, taking care of family, work and friends, and barely taking a breath.

This week’s assignment is to carve 5 – 15 minutes out of each day, and do something that will wake you up and make your day more meaningful.

It can be as simple taking yourself out for a cup of coffee and leaving your mobile devices behind so that you have some alone time to taste your coffee, listen to the buzz of the shop and watch the people.  Just you.  You could drop a note to someone who has played a significant role in your life and thank him or her for being there.  You could buy a sandwich for the street person who you pass blindly on the way into work.  You could get down on the floor and give your pet a good long rub – paying attention to their fur, the floor and your heart.  Or, you can sit in a different chair in your work space, take a deep breath and let it out slowly – noticing the place you spend so many moments of your day, considering who you might want to connect with, and softening your edges toward yourself and the beings in your surroundings.

If you take a look around or spend a moment thinking about it, we believe that you will find a way to make the day more meaningful.  It doesn’t have to be huge, it doesn’t have to be shared, and it doesn’t have to be meaningful to anyone but you.  You matter.  Your life matters.  And your moments matter.

Creating meaningful moments will bring you closer to your passion, your power and your life – your one wild and precious life!
