If this past year has taught us anything, it’s that life is valuable, love is the answer, and that your leadership is needed.

As we head into 2021, we want to remind you that it’s important to take a breath, step back from the business of life, and think about what matters most to you.

To do this, we recommend doing the Life Priorities exercise that we’ve shared previously. We find that it’s a great way to help you identify, articulate, and claim the things that really matter to you. It will help you set priorities to use as a guide so that you’ll be better positioned to intentionally create a life of meaning, satisfaction, and success.

Once you’ve completed the Life Priorities exercise, ask yourself these three questions:

  • What do I need from my work in order to live my life priorities?
  • What do I need from my important relationships in order to live my life priorities?
  • What do I need for my health (mental, spiritual, and physical) in order to live my life priorities?
Think about what 2021 would look like if you lived it with intention.
