As we continue to navigate through COVID-19, take steps as a nation to challenge our individual and systemic racism, and head into one of the most contentious elections in our lifetimes, we’re all managing some level of change in our lives and work.

We identified 3 ways to help you manage the strain of change; name the strain, commit to adapting, and clarify decision-making principles.

We know that there are other ideas out there that may speak to you, so today, we’re sharing a few of them.

Please don’t add to your strain of change – choose one or two of the ideas that could be helpful for you. More is not better when it beats you up!
